Article 1 - Organiser and duration of the competition

Régie du Pic du Midi rue Pierre Lamy de la Chapelle 65200 La Mongie, wishes to organise a competition entitled "Summer 2024 Concert Game", the winner of which will be selected by drawing lots in accordance with the conditions set out below.

The competition will run from Monday 15 July 2024 to midnight on Wednesday 17 July 2024.

Article 2 - Conditions for taking part in the competition

2.1. The competition is free of charge and open to any person, resident in France or abroad, regardless of nationality, with the exception of all persons involved in the preparation of the competition.

2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.

2.3. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.

2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will invalidate the Participant's participation.

Article 3 - Principle of the competition / How to enter

This game takes place on the Facebook and Instagram social networks, on the dates indicated in article 1. Each participant must meet the conditions of the game if they want to have a chance of winning the prize.

Article 4 - Designation of winners

The Organiser will designate the winner by drawing lots from among all those who participated. A draw will be held on the morning of Thursday 18 July 2024.

Artikel 5 - Dotierungen

Der Gewinner erhält ein Pic du Midi-Konzertticket in Form eines Promotion-Codes, der für 2 Personen für das Konzert seiner Wahl von Julien Granel und Les Frangines am 19.07. oder Pierre de Maere am 26.07. gültig ist.

Each ticket includes round-trip cable car access to the Pic du Midi, departing from La Mongie (ascent time to be confirmed when booking online) as well as the concert at the summit, at the winner's choice.

Article 6 - Delivery of prizes and terms and conditions for using prizes

The Organiser of the competition will only contact the winner selected at random by private message and will provide him/her with 2 Tickets allowing him/her to benefit from a seat by promotional code. No mail will be sent to participants. The winner must activate his/her promotional code within two days following the sending of this e-mail in order to finalise the booking of the concert of his/her choice. If there is no response or activation of the invitation code by the winner within two days of this e-mail being sent, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not be entitled to any indemnity, prize money or compensation whatsoever.

To this end, the participant authorises all checks concerning his/her identity, age, contact details or the fairness and sincerity of his/her participation.

Any false declaration, false indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organiser. The prize is to be used for one of the concerts indicated according to the terms and conditions communicated later to the winner.

Furthermore, in the event that the Organiser is unable to deliver the prize won to the winner, for whatever reason, the Organiser will not be obliged to substitute a prize of equivalent value, which any participant agrees to do.

Article 7 - Liability

The Organiser may not be held liable if it is impossible to contact the winner, nor in the event of the loss or cancellation of one or more concerts. Nor may the Organiser be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by the person who entered the competition. Furthermore, the Organiser of the competition declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organiser reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability. The Organiser declines all responsibility in the event of malfunction preventing access to and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar means to participate in the competition, whether mechanically or otherwise, is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of the creator and/or user. The Organiser may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular computer fraud in connection with participation in the competition or the determination of the winners. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
